Please pray for 18 month old Rilyn Hughes and the Hughes family. They are a Crossroads Preschool family. They found out on 4-7-20 that Rilyn has Neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of pediatric cancer. She has multiple tumors and lesions throughout her brain, neck, spine, and abdomen. She has been admitted to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh and the family has a very long journey ahead of them. Rilyn’s next 15-18 months will include multiple rounds of chemo, radiation, stem cell transplants, immunotherapy, and surgeries.

Prayers of healing for my granddaughter who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma this past week. She’s 19 mos old and in Children’s beginning a regimen of chemotherapy. Multiple tumors throughout her head and abdomen. Pls pray that God’s almighty powerful hand will touch her with complete healing over the next 18+ months of treatment. Thank you

Please pray for my oldest daughter. She is 3 weeks from her due date. So far the hospital is allowing her husband to be with her. She is frightened that she will be delivering her first born at the height of the pandemic in Pittsburgh . I am saddened that I can’t be there for her. I pray she will have her husband and not have to deliver her baby alone with strangers. Her name is Koren. Thank you for your prayers they will matter

Continued prayer for our friend who just had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor outside his lung. They are releasing him early due to covid concerns. Prayers that he heals up quickly and that he fights off the cancer. Praise that it is less invasive— outside rather than in the lung, and no lymph node involvement they can see. Prayers for their family as well. This is is second bout of cancer.

PRAISE for my son-in-law FRANCIS having his green card application approved! Prayer for his and ERIN’s continued safety in Uganda, their ability to travel to Kenya for the next step, and eventual travel to the US in late 2020. They currently have more rigorous travel restrictions for COVID-19 than we do, and we pray for those restrictions to relax at the right time.

This is from Our daughter Jamie and Rylan is 19mo. Old.
We just got settled in on the oncology unit at children's hospital. She has 3 tumors in her brain and 1 tumor in her abdomen. The general surgeon, neurologist, and ophthalmologist are going to meet with us in the morning and discuss which site is safest to get a biopsy of the tumor and she'll be scheduled for surgery at some point tomorrow. From there they can determine what type of cancer it is and the best way to treat it. please pray for her ️

Please pray for the family members and loved ones of those who are grieving a loss as a result of COVID-19 - both of those who passed directly as a result of COVID-19 and those who passed of other causes who are unable to proceed with general funeral protocols that we are used to holding. I now know of a few of my contacts who have lost family members as a result of this virus. Their Facebook posts reference a funeral service consisting of themselves, one other family member, and a minister at a graveside service. Granted, many memorial services will be taking place later, but to not be able to be surrounded by the love and comfort of others through their presence and hugs during this time is excruciating for some. Pray that Jesus would be near to them and comfort them in their time of grief.
