Christy Gibas
Lead Pastor
Christy serves as the Lead Pastor of The Table Church. She joined the Table team in 2015 as the Region Pastor of The Table Church Ohio Valley. She then became the Region Pastor of The Table Church Pittsburgh West, and then became Lead Pastor in 2024. Her passions include helping people hear and obey God as well as equipping and activating people to live in to their purpose. Along with leading a team to grow a network of life groups, she launched a disciple making community in the fall of 2021 called Movement Makers. She loves writing, planting flowers, and her dog, Henry. Of all the roles Christy enjoys, wife to Frank and mom to Olivia are her favorites!

Jonathan Cordle
Executive Pastor of Ministries
Jonathan serves as Executive Pastor of Ministries and lives with his wife, Anika, son Ezekial, and their daughter, Lorelai. After college, Jonathan lived in Pittsburgh working as a musician when he struck up friendships with other Christians and felt drawn to follow Jesus. He became the worship director at The Table Church Pittsburgh City before accepting the call as the pastor there in 2014 and then moved into role of Pastor of Adult Life in 2021. Jonathan earned his Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary. He loves all things Pittsburgh and spends the majority of his time thinking or talking about food, music, and Jesus.

Shawn Lehman
Pittsburgh South Region Pastor
Shawn is the Region Pastor of The Table Church Pittsburgh South. He moved to Pittsburgh and to The Table Church in 2015 with his wife Holli to serve as the Student Ministry Director. Before moving, Shawn served at St. Francis University working with students in Residence Life, offering faith-based housing, leading a Sunday Non-Denominational service as well as student groups on domestic and international service trips. Since arriving in the “Burgh,” Shawn’s family has grown to include their dog Fynn (a regular in most message illustrations) and their daughters Ruthie, Emma, and son, Micah. Shawn stepped into the role of Region Pastor in March of 2018 and completed his Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in 2020. He is passionate about all things outdoors; hiking, camping, mountain biking, and running. He also enjoys playing guitar and weightlifting.

David Dickenson
Ohio Valley Region Pastor
David is the OV Region Pastor, bringing experience from both ministry and corporate leadership. He excels in managing teams and budgets, enhancing church operations, and making worship more engaging and authentic.
His accomplishments include building worship technology ecosystems, revitalizing small group networks, developing impactful church branding, and integrating video technology to connect campuses together as one church. Passionate about creatively sharing the Gospel, He has spearheaded transformative projects and memorable events across various ministry settings.
Outside of his professional role, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Lynda, and their children—Tyler, Pearce, Nathaniel, Isabella, and Blakely. He is also a music enthusiast and baking aficionado, often mixing these hobbies into cherished family moments.

Jordan Grogan
Executive Director of Operations
Jordan serves as The Table Church‘s Executive Pastor of Operations. A Crossroads Preschool Class of 2000 Graduate 😜, Jordan grew up at The Table Church. Jordan leads our central support administration, finance, and communications teams. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.S. Computer Science & Business) and currently studying at United Theological Seminary. Jordan married his wife, Sarah, during the height of the pandemic, and they live with the best cat in the world, Keegan.

Steve Cordle
Founding Pastor
Steve and his wife, Linda, started The Table Church (formerly Crossroads Church) in 1991. He now leads The River Network International, a non-profit dedicated to starting and strengthening churches globally. Steve is the author of three books: The Church in Many Houses, Hear it, See it, Risk it, and A Jesus-Shaped Life. He coaches pastors and church planters around the world. He enjoys running, playing classical piano, and all Pittsburgh sports.
Steve is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (M. Div) and United Theological Seminary (D. Min).
Steve and Linda have three grown sons, three daughters-in-love, and five grandchildren.
