Carson-Newman, Jefferson City, TN

June 15–20, 2026
Every summer, we take students out of the ordinary to step into something extraordinary.
Table Youth Summer Mission Trip is more than a service week—it’s a life-shaping experience. It’s where students (grades 6–12) unplug from distractions, lean into what God is doing, and discover how their unique gifts can make a real impact in the world. This year, we’re heading to Jefferson City, TN, where students will serve local communities, grow closer to Jesus, and form lasting friendships through worship, small groups, and shared purpose.
Whether it’s building a ramp, painting a home, or simply listening to someone’s story—every student has something to give and something God wants to do in them and through them.
Don’t miss this chance to be part of something bigger.

Trip Details
When is the trip?
June 15–20, 2026
Where are we going?
We’re heading to Jefferson City, TN, where we will stay at Carson–Newman University and serve in surrounding communities.
Where are we staying?
Table Youth will stay together at Carson–Newman University, sharing dorm-style housing, meals, and community spaces. During the week, students will:
- Participate in service projects
- Attend worship services and Bible studies
- Join small groups for reflection and connection
Who will be leading?
Table Youth Staff will be leading the trip with the support of adult volunteer leaders from the Table Church.
Every student will be placed in an age-specific group for project sites with two or more adult leaders.
All adult leaders:
- Have current background clearances required to work with minors
- Are trained to lead spiritually and relationally
- Will serve as the primary contact and encourager for their group of students
What Are the Expectations for Students?
In an effort to maximize the spiritual experience for everyone, each student should understand a few expectations.
Cell Phones
To minimize distraction and maximize the spiritual experience, phones will need to be turned off or put away during specific times:
- Worship gatherings
- Small groups
- Project sites
Parents will receive contact info for youth pastors and adult leaders in case of emergency, and students can reach out in urgent situations.
Conduct
We expect students to:
- Treat others with respect and kindness
- Remain in groups of three or more while on campus
- Stay with the group during specific group times
- Refrain from bullying, physical aggression, or disrespect
- Be where you’re supposed to be when you’re supposed to be
*If a student engages in serious misconduct, including but not limited to bullying, physical aggression, or disrespect toward others, they may be dismissed from the trip.
In that case, the student’s parent or legal guardian will be required to travel to Carson-Newman University and pick them up at their own expense. Students will not be sent home by flight or public transportation.
We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment where every student can grow in their faith and experience God’s love.
what's the cost?
The total cost for the trip is $450. However, all students who register before January 1, 2026, will automatically receive a $50 discount on their registration cost.
Deposit Info
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $75 is due at registration.
To make the total cost more manageable, here’s a simple financial roadmap to help break it up over time:
Financial Roadmap
- $75 (non-refundable) due at registration
- $100 payment 1 due Jan 5

Raising Support
We never want finances to be a barrier—God always provides when we take a step of faith.
We’ll help students take ownership by teaching them how to write support letters to family and friends—inviting others to give and pray. A fundraising packet and template will be provided after registration.
Additional Trip Expenses
Students will need additional spending money for meals during travel. The following meals are not included in the trip cost and should be planned for separately:
- Monday (June 15) – 2 meals
- Friday (June 19) – 2 meals
- Saturday (June 20) – 1 meal
Optional: Students may want additional spending money for the camp store while at Camp and for snacks during the drive.
