Table Youth Summer Mission Trip is more than a service week—it’s a life-shaping experience. It’s where students (grades 6–12) unplug from distractions, lean into what God is doing, and discover how their unique gifts can make a real impact in the world. This year, we’re heading to Cincinnati, OH, where students will serve local communities, grow closer to Jesus, and form lasting friendships through worship, small groups, and shared purpose.
Whether it’s building a ramp, painting a home, or simply listening to someone’s story—every student has something to give and something God wants to do in them and through them.

Trip Details
When and where are we going?
July 18 -23, 2027, Table Youth is heading to Cincinnati, OH to serve the surrounding communities.
While in Cincy, we will be staying at a local church. Students will sleep in gender-designated areas in the church, supervised by Table Church adult leaders of the same gender. All students should bring an air mattress or cot, along with all necessary bedding to sleep on the floor. There will be gender-designated showers and bathrooms on-site.
Who will be leading?
During transportation (to Cincinnati and home), Table Youth Staff will be leading the trip with the support of adult volunteer leaders from the Table Church. While on-site in Cincinnati, Table Youth staff and Group Mission Trips will be leading worship services, camp logistics, and project sites. Every student will be placed in an age-specific group for project sites with two or more adult leaders.
All adult leaders:
- Have current background clearances required to work with minors
- Are trained to lead spiritually and relationally
- Will serve as the primary contact and encourager for their group of students
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Mornings set the tone for the entire day. Each morning, a group of students and adults will prepare and serve breakfast for the rest of the group. After breakfast, students and adults will gather for morning worship to focus in before pouring out into the community. The afternoon will be spent serving in various ways - with a break for lunch and devotions.
After projects are completed, students and adults will return to the church for free-time and dinner before closing the day out with a worship service and small-group discussion. Lights out will be at 11:00 PM each night.
How will students be serving?
Students should be prepared for various serving opportunities: yard work, painting, minor home repair, leading children's day camps, and serving at senior living facilities. In addition to serving out in the community, students will also serve each other at camp in various ways like food prep and restocking supplies.
What Are student Expectations?
We are here to serve, not be served (Matthew 20:28). Students should approach every project, worship service, and group time with a servant’s heart, full attention, and a willingness to follow instructions.
Students should:
- Show respect to peers, leaders, staff, and property (Matthew 7:12).
- Limit cell phone use and distractions.
- Represent Jesus by serving with humility, kindness, and excellence.
*If a student engages in serious misconduct, including but not limited to bullying, physical aggression, or disrespect toward others, they may be dismissed from the trip.
Additional expectations will be shared with parents as the trip approaches.
what's the cost?
The total cost for Mission Trip is $450; however, to help families prepare for this investment, we are offering discount breaks for students who register before January 1, 2027.
Registration Discount Breaks:
- $400 before October 31, 2026
- $425 November 1, 2026 - January 1, 2027
- $450 January 2, 2027
Deposit Info
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $75 is due at registration.

We never want finances to be a barrier—God always provides when we take a step of faith. If you are facing a financial hardship, and need some additional support, please let us know. Payment schedules and fundraising support are available upon request.
Additional Trip Expenses
Students will need additional spending money for a few meals during the trip. We will stop for two meals, one on the way to Cincinnati, and one on the way home. In addition to travel meals, students should plan on one meal out on Tuesday, July 20th. Students may want to have extra money for drinks & snacks, the camp store, and any fun activities on the trip. (E.g., bowling, go-karting, movie, etc.)
What should we bring?
We recommend that all students bring modest attire and dress appropriately for work. Bring clothing and closed-toed shoes that can get dirty (paint/stains) on them. Students will need bedding to sleep on the floor (air mattress or cot, sleeping bag, sheets, blanket, pillow, etc.). More info will be provided as the trip approaches!
